Service Technician At Advanced Heating & Cooling, we provide quality and comfort for our customers. As a Service Technician, you will help us live out our Mission & Vision to meet our growth-oriented goals as the premier HVAC, electrical, and plumbing service provider in Kitsap Peninsula and surrounding areas. Advanced Provides: Union position (Local 46 IBEW company); Pension through IBEW; Full Medical, Dental, Vision: for employee and their family; Vehicle, gas card, iPad, iPhone, & Uniforms; Paid time off; A culture of collaboration, sharing of knowledge, and respect for one another. At Advanced, our technicians will: Properly diagnose and repair HVAC Equipment; Work on residential retrofit and light commercial projects; Quickly build a relationship with customers based on trust and rapport; Consistently maintain a ‘customer-first’ perspective; Establish a good working relationship with all team members; Meet and exceed individual KPIs; Exhibit a “Team Player” attitude; Complete designated hours of job-related training annually as required to keep certificate and licenses valid; Other duties as assigned. Office Staff Our Office Staff plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations within our company. Whether as a Customer Service Representative, Service Dispatcher, or an Installation Coordinator, they are the friendly voices our customers interact with over the phone or in person. They handle inquiries, schedule appointments, coordinate installations, and provide valuable support to our technicians and customers throughout the entire process.
HVAC Estimator Our Estimators are responsible for assessing customers' HVAC needs, providing accurate cost estimates, and recommending appropriate solutions. They collaborate with customers, understanding their requirements, and proposing customized HVAC systems tailored to their specific needs. Our Estimators possess in-depth knowledge of equipment options, energy efficiency, and industry regulations to offer comprehensive estimates that align with our customers' expectations.
HVAC Helper Our HVAC Helpers provide essential assistance to our technicians during installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks. They assist in carrying equipment, preparing job sites, and ensuring all necessary tools and materials are readily available. HVAC Helpers work closely with our technicians, learning valuable skills on the job and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our projects.
